Team5 analyzes client needs, reviews existing software and database architecture and designs development blueprint for client approval phase. Discovery phase includes analysis of existing technology and software being deployed and recommendations about extensibility and enhancements to existing databases and workflow structures.
Team5 and client develop a project scope document that serves as the blueprint for all forward-going development. This project scope document includes deliverables, timeline and schedule, resource requirements, development milestones, timetable and anticipated project costs and includes detail on any legacy issues that affect the new development cycle.
The development phase includes a kick off meeting, schedule and resource review, and a series of development milestones as agreed to by client and Team5. These may include but not be limited to IA and design review rounds, prototype builds, site and database builds, and alpha, beta and final bug test rounds.
Once principal development and product launch have been completed, Team5 works with the client to analyze user data, making recommendations for development and site modification as needed. Any modifications and fine-tuning will be carried out during this phase and the Project Scope document will be annotated as needed. A list of proposed enhancements to the site and development may also be complied at this time for future use/consideration.
Team5 and client work in an intensive training phase to ensure that client understanding of development administrative tools is thorough and that designated client administrators can work both independently and with great flexibility.
