Its first challenge included the development of a series of linked and cooperative databases and sites that provided users with the means to obtain quotes, review options, apply for policies and be guaranteed better savings and higher limits of coverage than any other competitive program, on or offline.
The challenge - developing a network of database driven sites with complex insurance forms, tables and templates in a fluid interface for users and client administrators alike.
The solution - develop a simple online application system for customers that allowed Motorcycle Services employees to view customer information, print insurance binders, make changes to policies and view reports on site usage through a simple web-based interface.
Bonus: The database development allowed online customers to make sure they were being offered competitively priced policies customized to their needs, allowing Motorcycle Services LLC to remain competitive in the market both on and offline.
Net Result: Overall significant increase in revenues more insured motorcycle enthusiasts on the road.
